Jess and Fred: The Story

Jess is an energetic, funny high schooler, and the only son of middle class doctor. He's the most popular guy in school, having both the looks and charisma. But behind all of these wonderful attributes, lurks a side of him that he feels he cannot even share with his own father. A side that threatens to escape and become known to all. He can't find a way to contain it. Until he meets Fred, the awkwardly, downcast new kid. At first sight Jess instantly takes a liking to him. But Fred is reluctant to warm up to him. Jess can tell he's hiding something, and Fred feels the same way...

Hey-oh, readers! In case your wondering were this came from, I made up these two wonderful characters here when I was just starting sixth grade, and I had just been introduced to the new thing called "anime". So of course I attempt to draw it, and I came up with Fred first. He was originally a little more diverse (having a lazy eye going to the right, and always having bags under his eyes), but that eventually became a little too creepy compared to Jess's personality. And yes, Fred is supposed to be bald. That was a main characteristic when I was first drawing him, so I kept it and made up for it by having him wear hats. You'll learn later in the story why he's that way, if you're just starting. And thank you for taking the time read my creativity, I can never express how grateful I am to all you who read this. This is my child, a very messy child, but something I hold very dear, and personal, to me. 😗so treat him nice.....
