Xander Volfson, the all around popular guy and star player of the basketball team decides to join our school's big production number. The other choreographers, besides me, agreed to let him join because it would bring more exposure and therefore, more members. They said he's going to join me and turn my once solo number into a duet.
To say that I, Matthew Thomas Lennox, am mad would be a huge understatement. I'm *LIVID*. I worked hard to create my own choreography, only for Mr. Popular to join my solo number and steal the spotlight away from me. Kirsten keeps telling me to let go of my one-sided hate for him, but I'm petty, so no.

He's been off since theater. Not saying much. "Seb, what's wrong?" I ask gently. "There's something I think I need to tell you," he answers meekly. I stop scrubbing the rose case with Windex and go to the edge of the stage. We sit together, our feet dangling off the edge. "I-I need to tell you about a lot of things," he starts.
