I was drowning. I knew that. I also knew that the hands around my throat, pushing me deeper into the river water was the cause. What I didn't know was who was drowning me and why. It hurt thinking. I was scheduled to die in less than 24hrs from now. And the person who conspires to put me out of my miserable life is the one who put me through hell. His hell. My husband. I didn't mind dying. The charming smile, expensive clothes, fancy dinners, nice vacations. Then it turns into a living hell you can't escape from. That's when people start showing their true colors.
