Deep in the forests, where no one ever goes, there is a pack of shapeshifters called the moon-wolves.
One day the Alpha of the pack found a completely exhausted man in their territory and brought him to the pack. Not knowing that he is moving his pack into the focus of the dangerous dark forces of this world.

The young journalist Diane also comes into the focus of the same dark forces when she gets expelled to find the missing man.

Now the moon-wolves, who have lived far away from the human civilization for many centuries, have to share all of their knowledge with a human woman to prevent a war of the forces that was already predicted by the healers many moons ago.
