Estranged

What happens when two people who loved each other become strangers..? When things abnormally change between them? What happens when one leaves another just for somebody else?
Adrianna thinks that if you love two people at the same time, choose the second one because if you really loved the first one, you wouldn't have fallen for the second one whereas Blake believes that we live once, we die once and we love once..and he still hopes that Adrianna will come back to him one day..
