The girl was running in the night. The tiredness she felt didn't make it much better. She suddenly crashed into something and everything went dark.

Hi guys! This fanfic is the first I've published. Tbh, I don't really have a plot. I just write whatever comes up in my mind and if it fits, I write it down. Please, come with suggestions, that will make me happy ☺️

What if the Doctor woke up on Earth? Lost her memories and Believes she is an ex Nurse who is now a 'Doctor', she lives in Scotland. She believes her name is 'Dr Jane Smith'. River finds her Wife in the hospital she ends up being in For reasons, noticing the Doctor she thinks she is there for her. But soon realised her 'Memory of being Dr Smith' is what the Doctor believes. Will River find out how the Doctor lost her memories? Can she help her wife? Can she find the Tardis? And how will she react when she realises the Doctor really thinks she's this whole other person. With no other memories but 'Dr Smiths.' This Fics idea came from 'Trust me' a show Jodie is in, the idea formed from SaBeedraws watching 'Trust me'. I've just wrote it within more ideas from myself and her from out discussions about this fic. The first Non, Chapter before chapter one will be information and links to her Socials. She creates such wonderful art, and not just Doc/Riv art there is much more. And it's rather is spectacular it's really incredible. So I do say go check her art out. And thank her for this idea. We have spoke about the Plot, etc for this. So we both want you to enjoy this. I do not own any character from Doctor who. Mirai, the Witch of Sight
Mirai comes from a long line of witches who have been particularly gifted in using their inner sight. As such, she's trained her sight from a young age. She's always been a disappointment, however, as the only thing she's ever been able to see is the vague image of a girl. On her 18th birthday, Mirai discovers a mark on the back of her neck displaying the number thirty. From her first proper vision, she deduces that unless she finds the girl before the number reaches zero, both of them will die. Only being able to depend on her less than mediocre skills in seeing the future, Mirai sets out to find the girl before the time is up. Little does she know of the trauma the girl has suffered, nor that finding her is only the beginning. ---------- Mature rating due to: smut, violence, suicide (happens in the prologue while POV-character has her back turned), rape (happens in chapter 30 and will be mentions of it afterwards, fade to black, there will NOT be a trigger warning at the beginning of the specific chapter), violent death of babies, some rather bloody scenes, self-harm, extreme guilt. The Duchesses
Aurora opens her eyes only to feel the agonising pain in her body. That is to be expected when there has been an accident. It's excruciatingly painful. Aurora groans in pain and pulls off the blanket, taking in her surroundings. It is more appropriate for a hospital interior design to look to the mediaeval era. Not shabby, but more on the extravagant side. The nurses' attire, on the other hand, appears odd. Someone said out of nowhere, "Her Grace, please wake up! Call the doctor right away!" Aurora approaches the mirror and looks at the woman with deep red eyes in it. The woman had blonde hair that, while a little messy, flowed perfectly over her shoulder. Her fair complexion lends her an ethereal appearance. Not to mention that her outfits make her look like a noblewoman from a historical series. She pinches herself, only to realise that the blonde woman staring at her is herself. A thought struck her mind, as she utters her first statement in this world, "Fuck me". Medea has finished her work, but she is still unsure how to fix all of the messes. She hasn't been herself in a long time, and it's bothering her. The throne seems so far away, and the weight of the burden grows heavier with each passing day. A letter from the Imperial Palace has arrived, instructing the Duchess to look after the House of Smith's Duchess of Light, Natalie Wilson Smith. The girl meets a grumpy man as her cellmate who is much less trusting than her. With time, they notice that these trials to help them seem to derail into something far darker. Are they really sick?
