It has been five years since Frisk freeing all the monsters from MT Ebott sparing and saving all of the monsters including Asriel and Chara, with the help of Dr. Alphys making the Dreamer family hole once again.

Merely sealing them away is not enough. As ambassador for the monsters, it is Frisk's responsibility to fight for everyone's right to live on the surface. But at the same time, an internal battle rages on within her. Not only that, her relationship with Sans is strained.
