Phoenix is part of the "Tat Demons", a group of girls who's arms are in ink, all are tuff greasers, and armed fists that hurt like fire. Phoenix does not want to be part of the "Tat Demons" anymore, she just wants to be an individual of her true self instead of dying known as a "Tat Demon." After she gets kicked out from their leader and her older sister, Rose, she found a group of Outsiders just like her struggling to find light in a greaser and Soc society known as Tulsa.
