Fairies are a beautiful race in middle earth. They are mostly unknown to any other race. Elves know they exist. Much like elves, fairies are immortal and beautiful. But they have wing. These fairies are not small like we would all think. They are the same size as men and elves. They live in hidden forests around middle earth.
Elrond asks for Orland's (King of Fairies) presence at the secret council to help determine the fate of middle earth with the other races. He brings along his only daughter Alexa to help him make the decision for the fairies and get her mind off things since Marilyn (Queen of fairies) died a few months ago by orcs.

Elven Princess Under the Mountain
Jackie's an Elf. But.. Her parents were killed when she was 4 years old. The King Under the mountain at the time found her, a small elf-ling, close to death all alone at the edge of Mirkwood. Taking her home he raised the Elf as one of his own along with his son, and unable to properly pronounce her elven name they called her the closest thing they could to it, Jackie. There are powers that the Kings have like they were born with magical pet guardians e.g Eldon's guardian is the dragon. Fairies with guardians are said to be among the most powerful fairies whereby they must be a soldier. Note: Fairies Guardian only appears when its master is in trouble or they are summoned. And if its master died it changed to a fairy or Elf. All King's powers are unique and can't be taken except if they decided to give them away or a Dark Magical Dragon will have its way.
