Hannah Hill thought she was that normal girl, well, till she entered middle school and strange things started to happen to her. Her eyes began to change from the calm muddy brown to a sharp piercing sky blue, darkening to a black when she is mad. Hannah's long dirty blonde hair changed to a deep rich chocolate. The weirdest of them all is the constant voices that plaque her mind.

Hannah was now able to read any mind she wanted. She hated it, absolutly hated it. Constanly getting a migranes and headaches either from focusing to hard or so many voices just over flowed and took over inside of her head.

Hannah cannot put together why she adopted her ability and has been keeping it a secret for seven years. Maybe the weird new boy can explain her abilities and her constant changing body. He certianly has been ctaching onto something about Hannah and is constantly watching her, as if something would spring up from inside her.

Will Hannah get her answers, or find herself falling into more confusion and danger?

Friends. That's what they always had been, whenever either of them had problems they told each other from a very young age. Always sticking together with seemingly no problems, if only they knew just how quickly that could all change. Him. A half demon half angel, bred by accident and then put onto Earth into another family so he could have a somewhat normal life until the time came where he would either become a full demon or full angel. Her. A full angel from the start, for her own safety she was put on Earth to protect her from a harsh fate she didn't deserve at the cost of her true parents life's. Both these children never knew what they really were. Until they reached sixteen. Up until then they both had always stuck by each other no matter what, he was always the more quiet of the two whilst she was a little more outgoing and stubborn. Yet somehow they went so well together. It was fate. So, was it fate then, when on his sixteenth birthday, this boy...found his side. Only it wasn't angel by any means. It was pure and utter demon. Killing his human family in a rage after they'd brought him up for so long, he went to her next. The friend he'd relied on for so long, yet there was pure hate in his eyes. He blamed her for everything. He hated her with a passion. She was an angel and, she was hidden on Earth when in reality. She should of been a slave like the rest of them. She need to be taught her place, underneath him. She was to become his slave, everything in these past sixteen years now meant nothing to him. Could she though, over time, bring back out the angel in him?

The girl with no wolf. An extra mouth to feed. A liability. A defenseless miscreation. Seraphina had heard it all. She had felt it all too. The bone aching bruises, the defenseless claw scratches just shy of her neck on the edges of her collarbone, she had seen it all too. It had been so long since it had started that she couldn't recall a time when the degradation was compliments and not insults. Now, it was all she ever expected. If she had known five years ago that not having a wolf would cause this much hate she would have begged her parents to move to another pack. It felt like an eternity since it all happened. Or rather what didn't happen. She still could not shift. She was defective. A mistake in the gene pool. But she didn't know she would end up like this. She couldn't have, just like she couldn't have expected to come face to face with the Alpha Slayer. A man casted in shadow. Not many had ever seen his face, but that didn't make him any less real. Alphas after all were dethroned from the likes of him. Word spreads quickly. So, when Seraphina ends up in his line of sight she has a lot more to figure out than just not having a wolf, because it very well might cost her, her life.
