A unique culture thrives on a long stretch of Interstate 15 in the United States from Las Vegas, Nevada to Northern Utah. Cultural historians sometimes call the cities along this route the Mormon Corridor. Early pioneers survived harrowing journeys across land and sea, and arrived in the desert to built their lives in defiance of the extreme weather, the dry climate, and the hostile government. The culture established in the 19th Century still lives today.

This selection of short stories will take the reader on a tour of the corridor, exploring its underbelly, its goodness, and perhaps the strangeness of this interesting region of the American West.

I will add stories every few days until all nine are posted.
