Quinn's dad is the Joker and her mom is Harley Quinn. At a funeral she meets Oak and Tabitha. Oaks mother is Poison Ivy and Tabitha's mother in Catwoman. She soon learns that they were all partners in crime. When Quinn and the girls try to follow in their moms footsteps, they discover who's to blame for Harley's death. They take this to Batman, but when he's no help, they take matters into their own hands!
