Mason is a Vampire Prince and obviously, a prince can't become a king until he's found his bride. What better way to find a bride than a competition. They will pick 3 girls from each village. There will be 80 girls at the palace. 36 girls will be eliminated on the first day. You see this selection is different from other ones. This is based on stages the first stage is beauty the second stage is intelligence, and the third is combat. There are 8 stages and at each stage, 5 girls will be eliminated. And on the final stage number 8, the winner will be announced. 

But there's one mysterious thing Rose has noticed that during midnight Mason would leave in secret as if he was hiding something dangerous, and wouldn't come back until morning, sometimes he would even be gone for weeks. Where does he go? And what does he do? She's playing a dangerous game trying to find out. But will finding out the truth will be the cause of her own death.
