This is a Barchie story will include fictional scenarios after the events that occurred in 5x08. I know the ending of this episode was so disappointing so I am here to try to mend broken hearts like mine. Here is the Barchie storyline that we all deserve. She yearned for a family and turned to the serpents. Although when the leader of the serpents, Fp, announces he has a son, Veronica's life unravels. Not only that, but his son is no other than Jughead Jones. No one except for Toni and Cheryl know the long ties Veronica and Jughead share. Jughead has changed Veronica, but maybe not for the better. She has a dark yet very vulnerable side, that only Jughead brings out. But there's a certain darkness that Jughead has- unlike any other. And even though it scares the shit out of Veronica, she's determined to know what it is. Correction: what he is.

Cheryl stuck by Betty. Betty survived though. She made new friends and her mother remarried making Veronica her sister and best friend. Jughead was broken when Betty left. Losing her changed him. As the years wore on, he became darker and cruel. He joined his Dad in the Serpents and truly loved the gang lifestyle. Archie felt hollow since Betty left. He distracted himself with football and girls and had earned himself quite a reputation. Betty and Veronica became best friends while they're mothers dated. They both embraced the New York party lifestyle. Betty changed from a sweet, quiet girl to a bit of a wild child but kept her heart of gold. That is, until Betty and Veronica move to Riverdale with their mothers. Jughead and Archie are shocked to see Betty again. One of them view her as a challenge, the other as prey. Betty has other ideas though. Language warning and maybe some violence and dark material.
