Completed ✔ I watch a dazed Katherine. She whispered to herself. "Is this the part where I get kidnapped?" Is that what she thinks I'm here for? I don't want to kidnap her, just take her to dinner. I don't want Katherine thinking this. "Katherine I'm not here to kidnap you." She looks shocked by what I said. Katherine asked in a low voice. "If he's not, then what is he here for?" She doesn't get anything I'm saying. Its almost like I'm talking to a stranger. The thought shook Nicholas to his core because he's telling the truth. Katherine didn't believe him. He knew he's right after what she says next. "We've never met before aside from you stalking me," she tells him. Nicholas felt his entire world shatter around them. Nothing could compare to the way her gaze made me feel. The flames licking my skin and the raging fire in my veins was way more bearable.
