He pushed his body closer to mine until I was being crushed by him and the wall behind my back. He chuckled softly while playing with a strand of my hair.

"Why don't you just admit it?" his gaze focused on the piece of hair in his hand.

"A-admit what?" I stuttered. I didn't mean to but when the baddest boy of your school's lips are only four inches away from yours you tend to get a little flustered.

He dropped my hair from his hand to cup my chin tilting it upwards. His dark eyes staring right back into mine. Kaitlyn was right, William was bad news. But I couldn't help myself. This boy would be the death of me and I'll allow it. He moved his face closer to mine and whispered something that made my whole body shiver.

"That you're in love with me."

Kaitlyn and Avery Litewood are non-identical twins who lived with their mother Kate ever since they were born. Two months into their senior year of high school, an unknown illness takes their mother's life leaving them to be forced to move in with their father whom they have never met before. They hated this idea. It meant they would have to leave their home, with all their friends, memories, and their mother's spirit. Tears were shed and hearts were broken as they left after their mother's funeral. Kaitlyn promised Avery that everything would be great, as long as no one found out their past.

It's a few months into the school year of Waterford Academy and everyone has already found their cliques. Leaving the twins to be left by themselves to survive their high school lives. They soon find a few cool people who they can call their friends. But nothing can stay great, for when the twins transfer schools the both meet two people who will show them new parts of life that they never knew existed.
