After months away from friends and family to get a hold of her life, Vanessa is on a search for the one who led to her need to get clean: Jay. The sexy stranger who became a vice showed her the levels to which she would go to keep a relationship going, even when everything in her is telling her it's time to let go. On the eve of her friend's going away, she discovers that hard truths can hurt. This short story takes us on a brief but fulfilling journey of sex, drugs, and heartache as we join Vanessa on her road to recovery and reality.Complete
