All of a sudden, a portal opened and giant humanoid wolves came out, turning everyone into werewolves that cannot change back. The 16 year old girl escaped and hid. Remaining both physically & mentally intact within the confines of Beacon Hills wasn't always a struggle for Rachel Hale.
