-Preston Evens aka Major (17)- Just moved to New Orleans with his cousin Wayne aka Smokey (one of MJ's best friends) along with his best friend Dezzy. Together they were the biggest and baddest  kingpin in Harlem and plan to take over down in New Orleans. 

When the two totally different people cross paths, things only get harder for them.
