They continued to abuse and torture her nonstop, starving her to death until she passed out. Valentina's life was in hell Meanwhile, Tom was losing his mind. He and the others didn't stop to find a way that would lead them to where Valentina was kept. After weeks of having no rest, one person told them where Anton was keeping Valentina. He didn't hesitate to immediately go and save her. But will Tom's plan work out like he thought? Or Anton will ruin everything before he can even see Valentina again? Carter slowly walked towards me, butterflies swarming in my stomach, filling every inch of me. "Assi." he grabbed my wrists, and made me look at him. "Who was that song about?" "You know who." "Was it... about me?" "What would you say if it was?" I cocked my head to the side, our eyes staying connected with each other. "I wouldn't say." he moved closer to me, towering over by the slightest bit as his breath surrounded my every nerve. He leant down, took a sharp breath and connected our lips. - Astrid was a beautiful girl, who had lost her sense of who she was and where she belonged. She went through something traumatic at only 14, but no one noticed. She moved to Roseville for a fresh start with her best friend Kaitlyn by her side. But Carter notices. He was a "bad boy" with a heart of gold (ik it's cliché) . He never let anything slip by him. He doesn't say anything as their personalities clash and they hate each other. You know what they say, there is a thin line between love and hate. Will these two step over the line? But sometimes, running away from your problems doesn't go down unnoticed. The very person Astrid ran away from is after her, and this time, the consequences will be worse. -- This is an enemies-friends-lovers book and they become friends early on because I find it difficult to write going from enemies to lovers so yeah. *unedited book* #1 in talent show (29/02/24)Complete
I Fell in Love with a Bad Boy
CRINGE WARNING! First book I ever wrote on here!! -- "Sometimes the person who you are willing to take a bullet for is the person behind the gun." I stood peering over the cold lifeless body that lay before my eyes. I had always thought of death the enemy, but right now, I blessed it upon the person who is now at peace. Sometimes you don't need to be the smartest, or the fastest, but you do need to be wisest. They say the blood runs deeper than water, and I believe it, because even though the people that we love can turn on us and begin to hate us, they are only human, meaning that soon they will begin to see how short life really is and how it is not to be wasted. People who seem perfect and they look like they have no floors'; they are the people who are suffering, like I was. But I found my savior in the most uncommon place. He was able to look through my mask, he saw the cracks, and tried to fix the broken girl that hid away deep inside the girl who only wanted to be seen as 'fine'. I slowly began to find comfort and safety in him, and I did the same to him. We were two broken people becoming whole. Someone once said when you pass, if you can count your true friends on one hand you are beyond lucky, and I even though I did not like the person that lay before me, I know that he once had true friends, including me. I'm a 17 year old girl who has suffered more than any other, beginning to believe that 'Hope' was just another word the people throw around. Until I fell in love with a badboy. Midnight Falls
When you're a seventeen-year-old girl with anxiety disorder and a gorgeous, popular girl that absolutely hates your guts for who-knows-what reason bullying you whenever she gets the chance, Anna Falls has no choice but to face reality.... her life sucks. But the little sparks of hope that build up her optimistic, bright soul convince her otherwise. She will always think of one thing and that there is hope in life. Maybe even a goal. It might not be visible now, but she knew that it became as clear as a bell when she ran into Luke Carter. Twice. In one day. Second time being literally into him. -- "How about fifty-fifty?" I offer in ragged breaths. "We could have just done this from the beginning," he replies, breathing heavily. We both chuckle. I gaze into his green eyes. A Year In Poetry
Happy 2020! I will be putting one whole year of poems in this book. We'll all see what happens! A lot of the poetry I write is to help me understand the world around me. Trapped in my own head
She is an outcast. She finds it easier to express what she feels in the form of writing. Whether it is poems, letters or long texts. These are poems that she writes trying to describe how it feels to live with certain mental health issues, in a world that disregards outcasts. So, these are on the darker side of the spectrum. Some poems might be distressing for some readers. I personally enjoy consuming dark content, it's kinda like a coping mechanism. I really hope none of you relate with any of these :) I'll be posting only poems here, I'll try to be as active as I can. The poems are not in any order.
