Depression and Anxiety are very serious, but manageable conditions. I know, I live with them every day. Many other people do as well. You are not alone. 350 million people suffer worldwide from depression and 40 million people have anxiety. In this book, I will share my thoughts and coping mechanisms on how to deal with these conditions, both separately and together.
