But then a tall dark and handsome stranger with a full Texas drawl walks into the cafe rain works out her interest is peaked but she still unsure who the man is and why the mayor is so interested in him.
Joseph brown was sent to the little backwards town to find out information on a young woman who'd recently moved to town and was now renting on his fathers land plus why was his brother not answering his call. He wanted to know who this woman was and why she was given the ability to pay next to nothing on land that was worth more than the silly little tiny home she lived in and why his brother said to ask her why he wouldn't come home.But after meeting her in the diner Joseph is intrigued by the little multicolored haired pixie.
