Have you ever just given up and moved to a place no one knew you? Yeah well that's just what rainbow aurora Jensen did. After finding out her mother ran off with her fiancé hours before her wedding and the man she thought was her father happened to be the uncle of her real father.

Being left with an small cottage and cashing the check her sperm donor of a father left her, and it being right by the beach rain decides to rent it and buy a small little converted bus as a tiny home and moves to a little town in the middle of no where.

Everything seems to be going fine. Mind numbing day by day but life was good no one knew who she was. But then a tall dark and handsome stranger with a full Texas drawl walks into the cafe rain works out her interest is peaked but she still unsure who the man is and why the mayor is so interested in him.

Joseph brown was sent to the little backwards town to find out information on a young woman who'd recently moved to town and was now renting on his fathers land plus why was his brother not answering his call. He wanted to know who this woman was and why she was given the ability to pay next to nothing on land that was worth more than the silly little tiny home she lived in and why his brother said to ask her why he wouldn't come home.But after meeting her in the diner Joseph is intrigued by the little multicolored haired pixie.

Joseph and rain are thrown together after finding out that his brother and her mother are the reasons why the little pixie chooses to live in a tiny van and why his brother was in hiding. But what happens when Joseph reveals who he really is to rain and rain finally feels safe only to find out the man was the one who wanted her not only off this land but wanted to try and buy her home?
