Meredith Harper was almost 3 months old she was diagnosed with a fatal condition of cystic fibrosis.
After 17 years of fighting for her life, Meredith Marie Harper had passed away on June 13, 2020 at the age at 18.
But a close friend of Meredith's had found her old diary, decorated with band stickers and taped guitar picks signed by her favorite band. And found an untold love-story between her and a boy she loved.
