He didn't want to back out and endangered his pack so he agreed. Then finally after some reasoning, Alpha Randolf gave one condition: if he finds his mate before the wedding day, he doesn't have to marry his daughter. but if he doesn't find his mate, he has to marry her and even if he finds his mate later one, he cannot leave his daughter for his mate.
