Chasing Worlds

[LOCATED IN TOKYO]

A Japanese surgeon finds herself rushing into the operating room to operate on a patient who has just been involved in a car crash. The surgery goes well and she goes to ask the patient about his vitals (as she does daily) when she finds him passed out cold. She tries to wake him up but then she slipped in the hallway while running to call the nurses for assistance and ended up hitting her head so hard that she fell into a deep coma.

While in her coma, she sees a different dimension. One almost identical to hers. After a while of being there, she realizes why she was sent there and finds love. But then that perfect life changed when she disappeared from that place...Forever.

She had awoken from the coma that she forgot she was in. Was it all just a dream? The city? The people? Her gut told her no. She had to find a way to go back. But in the other dimension, there's mostly action because shes not supposed to be there so something is constantly trying to eliminate her from existence...

...in both worlds.
