It's official, Maya is finally reinstated back to being the Lady Huntress of the Lower North. Her mission is to locate a recluse named Ina Ula and to learn a part of an Ancient Secret.
Together with her team, they traveled all the way up to the mountains of Santa, Ilocos Sur only to be welcomed by unfriendly, hateful and territorial Sups. Conveniently, she had with her a secret weapon or more of a bullet proof vest with her. She employed the help of a Shadow who turned out to be more of a distraction than a protector. Blame it on the physical nature of the creature which made Miguel, her boyfriend a jealous and possessive one.
What was supposed to be a simple mission turned out to be complicated. And worst, the secret she learned made her want to back out and just live the life of a Normal once more. But it was already too late to back out for trouble had been following her ever since. And as they got back down from their quest, war was already beginning to break loose.
