There's a new girl in town, and she's captured the interest of Tom and Dougie. No one knows anything about this girl, not even something as simple as her name. Her brightly coloured hair and mysterious attitude has got the whole place talking about her. Both Tom and Dougie want to get to know her, so they come up with a plan to do just that.
