The Everidges are the richest family in Roseville, California. Mark Everidge is a talented personal  trainer for celebrities. Crista is a  fashion designer and model for JoeEdelman.  When Crista and Mark Everidge go on their annual trip to Maui, Brenna is watching Smith, Olivia, and Ellam their children. Brenna thinks of them as her own siblings. She loves them to death.  When Olivia starts Junior High, she starts to get depressed and angry at everone and everything. She gets in fights with her siblings and argues with Brenna.   Brenna looks deep into the girl's life and figures out things she never thought an intelligent, fun-loving, and kind girl could ever go through.
