I, Emily has just turned 18. And so has my best friend Hanna. Mine and Hanna's parents are good friends. They came up with the greatest birthday gift to give us. They bought us a huge apartment to live while we study in College: which is in Los Angeles. Our parent's live in England so we would be away far away from them for a while. When we saw pictures of the apartment we were surprised that our parents could actually afford this. Hanna looked at our parents in curiosity and asked if we were sharing the apartment with others. They nodded and said "yes"
Ny mum claimed that they were handsome and cute. I thought to myself that she might have meant 'handsome' geek people.
"They our childhood friend's kids" Hanna's dad claimed.
We were excited to be living the life of College. Weeks later and we had moved into our new apartment.
