The Promise

Austin Burn and Kali Reinhart were best friends since they were born. They were friends all around. Kali is bullied severely, and Austin’s the only one who’s there for her. When they were children, they made a promise that they’d be friends forever. But when Kali has to move, at sixteen, they’re broken apart. Before she moves to the new town, they make a promise. That they will see each other again. They will meet when they’re older. That she will be strong, for him. If she sees him, she kept her promise. But when things go horribly wrong in her town, will she fulfill her childhood promise? Or will she slip?
