The voices continued to grow in number and volume, from a dull roar, to a blinding white noise. They echoed and clawed inside her mind, threatening to rid her of any sense she still retained. And in that moment, everything went silent. Only a single whisper could be heard among the empty darkness within her.

Erostey, a small village located in rural Minnesota, is normally a very peaceful place, famous for its Trick-and-Treat festivals. However, 5 years ago, on Halloween's eve, the village became famous for a different reason. A young girl was found to have gone missing mysteriously, vanishing without a trace. Ever since then, every year on Halloween's eve, at least one child under the age of 13 has gone missing as well.
Confounded by the case, Minnesota police is forced to call in the help of Nic Caine, a detective of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, or MBCA. Will Nic be able to uncover the culprit and put an end to these mystical kidnappings? Or will he and his family wind up being Erostey's next unfortunate victims?

The Monster seems to only be interested in Maria and targets her specifically, She has no clue as to why it's haunting her, no, hunting her, but she's determined to find out and put a stop to it before it can send the grim reaper her way.
