After the death of Batman and Joker, people come out of the shadows to continue the legacy of Batman and Joker, which causes more chaos then the Joker could have ever caused.
Damian Wayne comes to live at Wayne Manor, where he wants to become the new Batman, but will turn into a vicious serial killer after he meets Dandy Mott's ghost, who tells him to kill to make justice.
Also, Wonder Woman has to recruit new superheroes after Deadpool and Wolverine are caught by Lexcorp and Lex Luthor tells her a bomb will go off in 24 hours.
Meanwhile, psychos come out of the dark, such as Mickey and Mallory, Freedomland, and the Joker Is Forever Clan.
Also, Special Agent Fox Mulder investigates the Freedomland group, to see why people from the past keep popping up in the present.
