Never really been outgoing or the object of anyone's eye, Ellie had always stayed quiet, just another person in the crowd.
Her life was normal, undisturbed, until she was set up on a date with a cryptic, rude boy who didn't want anything to do with anyone.
Planning to never see him again, she tried to forget, but he didn't want to pretend that her and him never happened, and no matter how hard she tried, their paths always ended up intertwining.
But there are demons lurking in his mind, so much more to his ruined state than she thought, head haunted by depression and evidence of the hurt he's held on his skin from the past, it is only so long before they both get pushed over the edge.
