Chandler and I have been friends for a while, since we were thirteen years old, to be exact. I started liking him when we first met. He always said the right things to me when I was sad. He was always there for me...now he has to be. We cuddle, we hold hands, we say 'I love you' after phone calls, but he doesn't like me that way. I'm just have confused love for him and I don't know how to escape. I can't find a way to escape the reality that has crashed down on me.

Because that's what I do. I wonder how my life would be now if I hadn't made that tiny mistake in the schoolyard. Everything started then. When I met you, twelve years ago...
