I almost didn't notice how fast my heart was racing. In this light, he looked beautiful. I know that's a weird word to describe handsome boys, but he did. For a minute, I could envision all of the girls who were soon going to fall at his feet. Physically (and musically, too), he was perfect for his future ahead. My heart tugged at the thought of leaving him soon. It tugged even more at the thought of telling him. 

He looked up at me, and for a brief moment, I wasn't sure if he was going to kiss me.

It wasn't necessarily the way that he would talk, even though have of the time I had to ask him what he meant. It wasn't even the way that he would try to tease me about my height even though he wasn't all that tall himself. Maybe it was the way that he would chuckle under his breath when he had to explain something to me (more than once I might add) Or maybe it was the way that he would go out of his way to meet up with me in the hallways right before my algebra class just so we could hear how the others day was going (which almost made us late to class on numerous occasions) Or maybe it was even the way that he would compliment me on the rare occasion (He had told me once that I looked beautiful with glasses even though I hated them and preferred my contacts more) It could've even been the fact that when he spotted me in the hallways and would leave his friends just to come and talk to me. Even though I would point out the fact that he left his friends, he would just smile and chuckle which would cause a blush to creep up onto my features. All I knew at the time was that I was falling in love with one of the smartest people I had known. I prayed that by some miracle the feelings would go away, even though I knew they wouldn't. After graduation, it would be a long time before we crash into each other again. If I would've known that I would find him again in the future, I would've prepared myself better. But as I stood there, staring into those blue eyes of his, I knew that I had fallen in love with him all over again. ((Also none of the pictures are mine, all credit goes to the original artists))

He turned to me and held my hand. I felt several emotions just by touching him. Nervousness, excitement, fear, happiness all at once. I pushed them all aside, and smiled ear to ear. He held his hand up, counting down to three, my heart racing with every finger he raised. And just as he finished, we jumped off the cliff.

I walked on the nearly empty bus in New York City, which was very rare. It was the middle of the night and this was the last train going around the tracks. It was only me in the car for a few stops. I was hiding my face with a hoodie. I had my headphones in when he walked in. I looked up and our eyes met. He looked familiar and I quickly looked away. He's probably a fan and followed me. I probably met him at a meet and greet, at least that's what I thought. I felt a presence next to me and looked up to see the green/blue eyes that were so familiar. I took one of my earbuds out. I paused my music and wrapped the earbuds around my phone and put it in my pocket. "Denzel Weller." He said holding out his hand. "Rose Pitcher." I told him taking his hand. He looked so familiar. His name tried to break through a wall in my memories. I looked around us to see that there was one person left on the train besides us. I took my hood off revealing my turquoise hair. I just got it done and that's what I'm going to my hotel from. "So, where are you from?" He asked me. "We say where we're from at the same time." I told him. He nodded. "1.....2.......3!" I said. "LA." We said at the same time. I looked at him surprised. I took a closer look at him. He looked like he was around the same age as me, 21-22. I studied his features. He had smaller than average ears, an average sized nose, a strong jaw line, short medium brown hair, and then his eyes. I stared into his eyes and saw that they held familiarity.
