Another room, another safe home, in another city miles away from home. Sofia Orozco, has had a troubled life. After having to save her mother from a flying bullet and killing her father, she has been chased down by the gang her father was previously apart of. In order to keep her and her mother safe, they were split up and sent to different countries. Sofia, to the US and her mother, Ana, to only God knows where. Sofia has the hard ass, hard to get personality in order to protect herself from more people she will have to lose. Her walls are built up so high around her heart, it would take a million years to knock down every brick. Alejandro is a kind and caring boy who would never kill a fly. The two of them have a lot more in common than they are willing to admit. Alejandro has a soft heart for anyone who is hurting. But Sofia is content on keeping to herself and not letting people in. But a school retreat my end up being the end to Sofia's hard ass act when Alejandro gets a glimpse on the inside.
