"You like what you see?" He crossed his arms over his chest, aligning his muscles and raising his ash polo shirt, giving her a great view of his Calvin Klein boxers.
Being a chicken, she avoided his steamy gaze and gave an excuse to use the toilet. She ran into the master bedroom and stared into the mirror. Her flushed reflection didn't deflect the daring gaze Jonathan had burned into her.
"I thought people only ran when they were chased." He spoke from the door, his lean body relaxed against the frame. His voice teased her and pleased her. He moved closer before she could utter a lame excuse.
He stopped less than a foot away from her. She cranked her neck to look boldly at him. She could feel his breath on her face, but he still didn't touch her.
So why could she feel him everywhere?
