I know, I know. This is my attempt at being dramatic. Haha. Yes, this is a fanfiction of RWBY, but I'm trying to write this story so that it can be enjoyed by everyone, even people who haven't watched RWBY. You'll see how if you read.

Y/N Rose was the son of Qrow Branwen and Summer Rose, and the oldest child of the Rose family. Due to Qrows' semblance and a messy end to they're relationship, He was mostly absent but he did try to be there for the children when he could. But everything soon went down hill when Summer disappeared. The children where heartbroken but Tai, saddened and enraged at Summers disappearance began to take his frustrations out on the children. Y/N would try to make the most of it, and protect Yang and Ruby from Tais' wrath, often times taking a beating and going without food for days. As time went on Tai got increasingly worse, and Y/N became the sole target of abuse. Yang and Ruby would try to help as best they could but it wasn't enough, Y/N could bare it no more. Y/N attempted to contact Qrow and reveal the conditions and fear they lived in, But Tai got him first. Beaten bloodied, Y/N would take a moment to recover and escape with his sisters.... Soon, they learn to a millennia long war between 2 individuals and the secrets and history of the World of Remnant. Plot Summary: RWBY takes place in the World of Remnant, where humans, and half animals known as Faunus, are trained to become strong fighters and warriors known as Hunters and Huntresses in order to fend off menacing creatures known as the Grimm. Remnant is made up of the 4 kingdoms, Vale, Mistral, Atlas and Vacuo, the hunter training academies, Beacon, Haven, Mantle and Shade, a continent where the Faunus originated called Menagerie, various villages in the country and the dark areas where the Grimm are said to appear from. Humans and Faunus all have a force apart of their soul they unlock known as Aura, which protects them like a shield but can discharge depending on the strength used in battle. They also use superpower-like abilities known as Semblance as well as powerful handmade weapons in all shapes and sizes. It's impossible for people to have the exact same Semblance, unless it runs in the family. The story revolves around a team of 4 huntresses in training. Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna and Yang Xiou Long. Alongside their friends, they train to fight and learn how to protect Remnant, and soon learn of its history and a millennia long conflict between Ozpin, Beacon's headmaster, and Salem, a humanoid Grimm queen residing in the dark.
