Wake up in the early morning, get the kids dressed for school, make breakfast, pack lunches, find the missing tie, and pick up the grocery items..... all before 9 A.M! I hope this is schedule followed by maximum Indian wife & moms. 
  Workout for women kind of theory is somewhere not fit into Indian Style. That's why most of the Women or I can say 7 out of 10 women are struggling with their weight problem. And the worst part is their un-proportionate size - most of the fat deposit right in their thighs, Butts & Tummy. Come on! There are still a million things to do, and before you know it, it's 2- p.m. and time for the children to come back home.
