The night when everything got f*cked up.
The party was quite nice. The school year had just started. But there was too much alcohol, too many problems, and a unfortunate accident that would kill 5 kids, leaving many in grief. Cheating happened, death happened, rape happened, and brought people closer to each other than they've ever been. People mourn every time they see the sunset, people can't bring themselves to get into an Uber. At the end of the day they're just young, and some will stay young forever. School. The one thing we dread. It's summer break and I happen to get that sweet summer love story. I was at the last day of summer party and I saw the nerdiest kid, he was reading a book at a fucking party. I walked over to him and he looked up into my eyes, I got lost. His sky blue eyes were filled with boredom but they were absolutely perfect. I have to try and survive high school plus the drama my friends drag me in to.
