Lila is one of the few teenagers in the world that lives with a strange, and very rare vascular disease. Taking over in her legs, ever since she was born, she had bulging, blue, twisted veins. Doctors have confirmed that as Lila ages, the size and visibility of the disease decreases, which makes her a very fortune individual. "If she stays on the medication," states Dr. Kaishner, "one day Lila might never see the veins again. It will almost be like this vascular disease was never there." I have no idea what crazy pill they're taking. I'm not at all fortunate. I'm freaking cursed. Vascular disease is genetic, and I happened to be the one to get it. Out of MY WHOLE FAMILY. Might I add that I got it when I was born, too. No, I don't get it when I'm old and it's normal, I get it for my whole childhood. And I still have it now. I'M SIXTEEN.
