When Sundai Cooper was twelve, her mother noticed that a lot of teenagers were throwing a big fuss because their favorite hotspot, an age appropriate club, had been closed. So, Eucalypt Cooper opened a cafe in the same location and kids flooded to it. At first, her daughter was shy to come since the restaurant was named after her, but soon she loved that it got her so much attention.

Abercrombie Moon always hated his extremely unique name, but that wasn't the only thing he hated about himself and his life. It made him what you could call a "bad boy", all that hatred. But unlike most teen stereotype stories suggest, this bad boy does get punished. Upon moving into a small town on the outskirts of San Francisco, he discovers something interesting.

A girl with a name just as unique as her personality. A girl who owns and runs a restaurant completely on her own with the help of her younger brother, when he can. And this quiet, intimidating boxer cannot seem to keep away from her little cafe where teens come in and read books, chat with friends, and sing karaoke on a small stage.
