Winter Rose has a depressing, abusive past, but a great adoptive family. Gavin has been abused, the same as her, but has moved on a little bit. Together they go through hardships, and life-threatening events. But there are still questions in their past unanswered.  Will Gavin and Winter be able to pull each other above their rubble of their ash-coated pasts? Or will they both fall back into the shadows, Forever? NOTE: There will be three books in this series, so not everything will have a happy ending in this book. Don't expect them to be saved just yet.
