Ty is a 16 year old kid with a checkered and violent past, whose mother just died. Rather than go into the Foster Care system, he hired a lawyer and fought for emancipation. He got it, but there were conditions. Now he's moved to a smaller comunity on a small island, surrounded by the rich and spoiled.
