Normality has always been foreign when it came to Peyton. Coming from a clan of murderers, she's supposed to blend in and stay low, but that's pretty hard when you know how to aim a gun without looking, or kill someone 9 different ways with your bare hands—not that she's ever had to do that. Maybe she'll get the opportunity to attempt to be normal when she saves Cayden Moore from getting beat up. They make a deal. She'll teach him to stand up for himself if he teaches her to be normal. What happens when one of the worst case scenario happens? Will Cayden be another unfortunate victim? Or will he be the only exception?
