A secret team is experimenting on Pokémon, and they are much more careful this time, regarding the Mewtwo inccident. But they aren't creating a new species of Pokémon. Species explorers are made for that. What they are doing, is making Pokémon seem human. Stupid, idiotic, retarded, call it what you want, but as dumb as it may seem, it is more extrordinary than you think. There is a runaway gijinka (as the secret team called it) and the team is afraid that their discovery will end up public. They have to chase it down before anyone else takes it and calls it their own. It must be kept a secret until necessary. But the gijinka has other plans.
