Gotham's finest
*currently rewriting and writing new chapters* In the gritty streets of Gotham, you've lived long enough to know the rumors of the Batman, even if some people refuse to believe he exists. But while Gotham's dark protector might stay hidden, his sidekicks certainly don't. Enter Jason and Grayson-two halves of the legendary dynamic duo. You meet them at a party, and from there, your life takes a turn you never saw coming. What's next? In Gotham, anything could happen. Just don't expect things to stay normal for long. Come along on this whirl wind of romance and action. Warning this is definitely a slow burn but will keep you on the edge of your seat with the will he will she aspect. I DO NOT OWN ANY OF THE CHARACTERS EXCEPT FOR A SELECT FEW BESIDE THAT ALL MENTIONS OF HEROES, ANTIHEROES ,VILLAINS, PLACES,ect. All belong to dc comics or detective comics.
Same Old Song ☾𝐃𝐂 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐈𝐂𝐒☽
[fem!oc x fem!oc] There was a time when villains and heroes fought. Well, that time hasn't passed. But their children have gotten wiser and chosen to talk about their opinions rather than fight about it. It's a new era, with an entirely new Justice League comprised of the sons and daughters of heroes and villains. Unfortunately, not everyone can agree to disagree. With the kids having to fight their own parents, there is a betrayal in their midst. Lyric, the daughter of the Music Meister, has betrayed her friends and her girlfriend, Trish AKA Cheetah's daughter, to go to the 'dark side'. But can the Justice League help her see the light? Steady On Forward
Dick Grayson's life has never been easy, but he'd like to think it's been going better lately. He's been operating mainly out of Gotham again for almost a year, and has been in a steady relationship for just over. He knows where he stands with crime-fighting, and the family is all on pretty good terms, considering. Things are really going pretty well. Unfortunately, the balance doesn't last long, and old horrors from Dick's past end up dredged up alongside new ones. This is a story about love and family, but equally so about trauma and healing from it. Please heed the warnings in the preface. ______________________________________________ •Written May 2019 ̶ October 2020• [Complete, 97k words] Thank you to @violenttulips for the endless support and feedback! ______________________________________________ ______________________________________________ (Art featured on cover by FightClubFIEND via DeviantArt; 'Night Wing Emblem'. Long Overdue
❝ "You can't believe I would keep him from you for such a trivial reason..." A few minutes ago you wouldn't have believed it either. ❞ ───────── ⋆⋅ 𓆰 ⋅⋆ ──────── Bruce Wayne - being the notorious poster boy for poor communication that he is - neglects to inform his ex wife (the reader-insert) about the spontaneous resurrection of her second child. ── Jason Todd comes back to life with a whimper and then blows back into Gotham nearly five years later with a bang, upheaving the city and it's dark underbelly in the process, and one of the cities long retired vigilantes is left horribly uninformed on the situation. - Jason and Batmom!Reader reunionComplete
I'll be good
Damian Al Ghul has been sent on a mission by his mother, Talia Al Ghul in order to prove his worth to her and his grandfather as a suitable heir to their family. Damian has been raised as an assassin but quickly realizes he doesn't want to become a killer. Whilst on his mission, he runs away and boards any transport he can find. He soon discovers he's stranded in Gotham City with nowhere to go, unaware he's caught the eye of Gotham's most fierce protector. *note*: this fanfiction doesn't follow everything canonically. For example: Damian intentionally has blue eyes in this fic instead of green purely for plot purposes. This fanfiction was inspired by the song 'I'll be good' by Jaymes Young. Cold Love
Love. A word so simple yet so complex. For Bruce, it meant family. Family that he lost and the family he created. But love can be harsh, especially if you can't express it. "Bruce I love you but do you?" "I love you dad." "Old man, I once cared for you." "Bruce you were more of a father to me than him." "Father is tolerable." A love story between a cold bat and an average woman and a complicated family. Competed November 23, 2020 **Short chapters** #Disclaimer: I do not own any DC characters or story lines!
