Every one has that special dream they have that they never want to wake up from. Everyone has that dream that puts an amazing twist on reality that makes life perfect and worth fighting for. But... What if that dream puts you in your worst nightmare? What if that dream is being with someone you'll never be able to have? What if you have that same dream, that they're in your arms every night, but when reality comes, you wake to them saying how close they are to being in another's arms? What do you do when this dream of perfection ends up being your worst nightmare? That's what Im asking. What do you do, when you feel something so pure and uplifting, only to have it smashed by the words of the one who has your heart in their hands, but they slowly squeeze the life out of it, without even knowing what it is they hold. They suffocate you, and slowly, so slowly... They kill you, with a knife they didn't know they were holding. What is this dream? Who is the one that is cursed to have it every night? That would be I. But, the burden of this dream must remain a secret one, for she would never understand what my dream foretells.

Dream always felt the weight of expectations on his shoulders and they've only grown worse now that he's a Star Sans. Save this AU, rescue that person, stop Nightmare over there, and make X person smile! He has accepted these but it gets tiring when he already has the voices bossing him around or Fate reminding him that he should do more destruction. But he doesn't limit himself to destruction. He watches UnderNovela, admires the stars, and appreciates what he can. He pushes the limits of what is expected of him or disregards them completely. A trait that Dream eventually finds himself admiring in him, the known enemy of his friend. He knows that Error's feelings are genuine since he doesn't change in his presence(still an angry manchild). So when Dream gets wounded and stuck with Error on a whim, where will it take them? Will it be a mistake remaining in a hatred of enemies or will it change them both for the better? Could this admiration open Error up to corrupting Dream or will he be the influence Dream needs to against expectations and live for himself?Concluida
