Alba is a white blood cell of the Killer T cell regimen, residing within the body of Jameela Ashraf, a 5 year old human girl. Alba is a lean, mean killing machine, genetically programmed to destroy any threat to her host body's health.
However, Jameela is dying. Of leukemia. A dreaded cancer in which the White Blood Cells turn traitor and attack their host bodies.
Sure, a bacterium or a virus, Alba can handle with her bare pseudopodia. But a mutant cancer cell? She's going to need a lot more than that. Maybe what she needs is a little external help......

So I have this thing. Some people would call it a catastrophe; some would call it heart breaking. It also has the name of disease, and heart killer. I call it just cancer.
