When Eclipse was just a newborn baby her mother gave her to the wolves. The wolves raised her and trained her in everything they knew. And then they sent her to the Kingdom of Adarlan, to be taught in magic and weapons by the King. As the White Wolf, guardian and protecter of the Kingdom, her role isn't easy. Especially since she is the only White Wolf with black hair, not silver or white. When her 16th birthday draws near, her magic powers start to awaken, and she has a hard time controlling them.  When mysterious black cloaked figures start to attack  people, she must catch the people responsible.
